Yes! Our free tier includes 5 GB logs, 500K metrics, and 50K trace spans per month with 7-day retention. It's a hard limit - when you reach it, you'll need to upgrade to Pay-as-you-go to continue ingesting data. No credit card required to start.
How does billing work?
Pay-as-you-go billing is simple: you pay flat rates for what you use. Logs at $0.25/GB, metrics at $0.15/million, and traces at $0.20/million spans. Usage is tracked in real-time and billed monthly. No base fees, no commitments, no surprises.
What retention is included?
Pay-as-you-go includes 90 days of tiered retention at no extra cost: 7 days hot (fast queries), 30 days warm, and 90 days cold. Need longer? Extended cold storage is available at just $0.02/GB/month for up to 365+ days.
When should I consider Enterprise?
If you're spending $500+/month on Pay-as-you-go, you likely qualify for 10-30% volume discounts. Enterprise also includes SSO, 365-day retention, dedicated support, and self-hosting options. Contact sales to discuss your needs.
